Custom Bikes

 88 FXR

This is a 88" FXR with tons of S&M one of a kind parts on it - Exhaust, Torque Arm, gas tank, tach riser, rear brake bracket. It has RC comp wheels and S&M forward controls. The paint is black with purple flip/flop flames.

1941 Knuckle Head

This is a 1941 Knuckle Head on a custom rigid frame with a Sputhe 5 speed kicker transmission. It has S&M controls, exhaust and seat. All fabrication & paint was done by S&M Cycles. This bike won first place "Early Riders Category" at the Easy Riders Show 1997 in Anaheim.

Eddie Van Halen's Bike

This is Eddie Van Halen's bike. If it had strings you would think he could play it. Sorry folks this is the only picture you'll see, before the strip down and change, because Eddie just wants to ride "incognito".

  1972 Shovel Rigid

This is a 96" 1972 shovel rigid. It has S&M custom rear fender, tank block out plates, and seat covered with a "Bill Wall" design. It won third place - "Peoples Choice Category" at the Easy Riders Show 1996 in Anaheim.

  Tony The Viking

1960 Pan/Shovel built for World renown Tony "The Viking" Champion boxer, Shoot Fighter & many other pain inflicting sports. Features 12" over front end, P.M. Wheels & open belt drive.

"BESSIE II"

I started with a Chopper Guys frame and removed all the seat frame rails to lower it and narrow it. She runs a 97" shovel motor with STD EVO heads (ported and flowed). The trans is a Delkron case with a 6 speed rev tech gear set, the rear wheel is a Metzler 200 streched to a 230. She has a custom 3" belt drive, pro clutch, nitrous, and many other S&M one of a kind parts (including the rear wheel shown below, the rear winged fender, the diamond plate oil tank and fairring, and a billet primary).

CUSTOM OIL PUMP COVER


For all Big Twin motors with the aluminum oil pump. If you are running a belt drive or an open primary, you don't need all the ugly hoses, pipes, and fittings that come wih the stock oil pump cover. H.E.S. Performance Products has come up with a polished, solid aluminum billet oil pump end cover. The oil fittings have been relocated to the front of the cover to increase oil flow to and from the engine. The custom oil pump cover comes with four allen head bolts, 1/4-24 for 1936 to 1977, or 1/4-20 for 1978 to present. Please specify the year of your engine cases.
You can use your stock oil line fittings.
